Ebenezer Child Care Center

Application Procedure

Referrals are made by the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services operated by the Social Welfare Department. Parents may approach paediatricians, Maternal and Child Health Clinics, Child Assessment Centres, medical social workers or family services centres for application.

 

Fees

The service is subvented by the Social Welfare Dpartment and the monthly fee is charged per child according to the standard of the Social Welfare Department.

 

Discharge

• Self-withdrawal

• Over age of 6 or attending primary education

• Change ability or condition and no longer in need of our service

• Receive other service type

Inform the Centre with reason in one month before leaving by writing in lieu of notice.

 

Service Capacity

• Day Service: 32 places

• Residential Service: 8 places
